Ultra high wear resistant UHMWPE plastic tube for dredging and mining
Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) (UPE) pipes are continuously extruded from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) resin with a molecular weight greater than 2.5 million.
UHMWPE pipes are suitable for mining, power, coal, chemical industry and other special mining enterprises.

High wear resistance: 4 times as steel pipe, 3 times as ordinary PE pipe and 4 times as nylon pipe. UHMWPE pipeline has proven to be a common wear-resistant pipeline for fine slurry transportation.
High Corrosion Resistance: Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) has a saturated molecular structure, high chemical stability and resistance to various corrosive media and organic solvents.
Great flexibility: the elongation at break can reach over 400%, the structure is severely deflected and the crust settlement can be extended up to 3 times without cracking.
High impact resistance: The impact resistance is the highest of all plastic types, it is 10 times higher than HDPE and 6 times higher than nylon. Whether it's a strong external impact or internal pressure fluctuations, the impact is difficult to break.
Cold resistance: Excellent cold resistance, at -40°C the impact resistance is higher.Good performance can be maintained at very low temperatures, especially suitable for transporting media in cold areas.
Not easy to get dirty: Smooth inner and outer walls of pipes, excellent non-stick and self-lubricating properties, not easy to deposit and stick contaminants, greatly reduce pipe contamination maintenance costs.
Anti-aging: It has better resistance to aging than PE100 buried for 50 years and its mechanical properties are only reduced by 20%.
The energy saving effect is good: The coefficient of friction is 0.07-0.11, the roughness is only 1/6 of the new steel pipe, the circulation efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of the steel pipe, and the inner diameter of the steel pipe can be reduced by about 15% compared to the steel pipe.
Safe and environmentally friendly: It is non-toxic and tasteless, and meets the requirements of the national drinking water pipeline.
Easy Installation: UHMWPE pipe weight is 1/8 of steel pipe, greatly reducing installation cost. Pipe body direct flange for pipe connection. Butt flange, no need to add connections; Heat sealing can also be pasted, high interface strength, ease of use.
